【分享】Detox Water - 維生素水

最近在網上看到這樣一個養生概念
就是喝 “Detox Water”

Detox 中文是排毒的意思
但是 要把 Detox Water 翻譯成 排毒 水
那也太難聽了一點
所以 維他命水 還是比較合適的吧~
因為這水裡含有維生素

看了其他博客和網站的介紹
製作方法很簡單 味道也不會很難接受
很多養生食物其實很難吃~
比如說 那個 小苦瓜汁
到現在我還沒有勇氣嘗試
就連我那愛吃苦瓜的媽媽都覺得難以接受

這個維生素水 真的很簡單~
製作方法:
水果+水+密封+放在冰箱八小時(最少)
但是也不鼓勵放太久
水的分量是大概1公升吧~
因為太多的話 需要很多的材料
如果需要大量製作
我反倒覺得分開會比較好控制
也不會怕喝不完

就是這麼簡單
可以晚上準備好 放進冰箱
第二天早上就可以喝了
很適合上班族

當然 不同的水果有不同的功效
也有不同的味道
眾所周知香料本身也是有藥用價值
所以在這裡也可以加入適當配合的香草噢~
比如普遍使用的肉桂和薄荷
這些組合都是全憑各人需要
沒有特定的要求
到目前為止 我還沒聽過有人配錯而拉肚子的
所以危險應該不是很大

至於效果嘛~我是剛開始喝
所以還不知道呢~
多喝水 應該也不是壞事

這裡有幾個常見問題
我不是發明者 因此以下答案純屬個人想法

1. 為什麼不直接把水果吃進肚子里,還有纖維呢?
小雪解釋:除了和維生素水 當然也可以吃水果啊~
只是 喝水怎樣都比較容易吸收吧~
而且還有一些水果是你不一定會吃的
比如鳳梨,薄荷,檸檬 - 你不會拿來直接吃吧?

2. 是不是越濃越好(水果多多)?
小雪解釋:不見得,因為維生素只要超出了人體
所需要的範圍就會自動排出,這也是為什麼我說
這水的危險不大的原因。
相比于一些礦物質和藥性是會殘留在體內的,
水溶性的東西就安全多了。
這也是我覺得不需要喝太多 浪費啦~

就像吃飯是補充體力 你吃多了只會肥胖
而不會變成力氣大的超人 這是同樣的道理

3. 泡水后的水果要吃掉嗎?
小雪解釋:全憑各人喜好。
有些水果直接吃比較值得,就算拿來做了維生素水,
我還是很想吃,比如草莓,黃瓜,奇異果。

4. 為什麼要放冰箱? 室溫不行嗎?
小雪解釋:維生素遇熱就很快的消失掉 冰的會比較理想
也試過從冰箱拿出來之後 水的味道變得很快
就是稀釋的過程加速了~這應該是因素之一吧~
